Founded by Culture Splendours to preserve German culture and create pathways to Germany for Cameroonians.

The Limburg German Cultural Center (Deutsches Kulturzentrum Limburg) was founded in February 2026 by Culture Splendours — a Limbe-based civil society organisation promoting cultural richness and the connections between Cameroon and Germany.
Named after Engineer Limburg — the German colonial engineer who protected the local freshwater river, which the community named "Limbe" in his honour — our center celebrates this deep historical link.
Today we offer eight core services: German Language Courses, a Historical Photo Gallery, a German Library, Events & Conferences, Vocational Training, a Café-Restaurant, a Tourism Office, and Transport Services.
